How to Get Income Tax Withholding Certificate?

In order to comply with PMK Regulation Number 68/PMK.03/2022 concerning Value Added Tax and Income Tax on Crypto Asset Trading Transactions (“PMK 68/2022”) , where digitalexchange.id as a PPMSE (Electronic System Trading Organizer) is required to collect PPh and PPN. With this announcement, digitalexchange.id would like to inform you that the Tax Withholding/Collection Evidence feature in accordance with PMK 68/2022 is now available again on digitalexchange.id.

The PPh and PPN taxes are automatically collected/deducted by digitalexchange.id, and you can access proof of tax deductions (PPh) by:

- Login to your account on digitalexchange.id first. Click Account then click History

- Then, click Tax

- Then, select Month

- Next, select the year for which you want to get proof of tax deductions.

- After the month and year are correct, click Search.

- After your transaction history appears, click Download.

- For tax document creation requests, we need approximately 1x24 hours to create tax documents. Then click Submit Application.

- Yay! Your tax document creation request has been processed. Next, click OK. 

- Next, digitalexchange.id will send an email.

- You can download the attachments contained in the email.

- Once downloaded, you will receive proof of tax deductions in PDF format as in the following example.

*proof of tax deductions that can be taken is only PPh ( PPh tax is a tax imposed on individuals)
