Follow the steps below :
- Login to digitalexchange.id on the mobile version
- User clicks on My Profile
- Enter Security Level
- User clicks Delete Account
- A Delete Account confirmation will appear in the form of a pop up question,
- Please fill in the reason why you are deleting your account, then click "Continue"
- Are you sure you want to delete this account?
- Warning! If you delete this account you will not be able to access this account in the future. Stored funds/Assets (Including Escrow Wallet) and security such as PIN & 2FA will be automatically lost.
- If the user clicks delete, a pop up will appear containing the 2FA form and PIN.
- If you have entered 2FA and PIN and confirmed it, there will be a confirmation email to delete the account.
Terms and Conditions
- If you still have an estimated remaining balance on your account of more than IDR 100,000, please withdraw assets via IDR withdrawal to a bank account or digital assets to an exchange/wallet outside digitalexchange.id
- All forms of transactions such as Security (PIN & 2FA), Wallet escrow, pending orders, unfinished deposits/withdrawals will be automatically deleted.
- digitalexchange.id is not responsible if the user still has an est balance of less than Rp. 100,000 (Assets/IDR) and has not been transferred, it will be lost.
- Your account will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered if 30 days have passed after account deletion is confirmed.
- To recover your account, please contact our live chat.
- Emails that have been registered and then deleted can be reused.
- Usernames that have been registered cannot be reused.
