Issue with SMS Code
Not receiving your SMS code? Don’t worry! Just follow these steps:
- Make sure your phone number is entered correctly, including the country code.
For example, if you're in Indonesia, use 62 at the beginning: 62812345678. - Click “Send Code” and wait for the SMS code to arrive on your phone.
- If you’ve clicked “Send Code” twice and still haven’t received the SMS code,
please contact our live chat support immediately at https://help.digitalexchange.id/.
