To request a limit increase through the digitalexchange.id app, follow these steps:
First, open your digitalexchange app and make sure you are logged in.
Then, tap "Account" at the bottom right corner and select "My Profile."
At the top of the page, find the "Update Limit" menu and tap "Send Email."
Once you're redirected to your email, set the subject as “Limit Increase Request” and complete the body of the email with your information.
After receiving a reply from digitalexchange.id, review the requirements for the limit increase request. You will be required to print, fill out, and hand-sign a CDD form. Once completed, scan the form and send it back via email along with a photo of your NPWP (Tax Identification Number).
- Your email will then be reviewed by the digitalexchange.id team within 1–3 business days.
If your request is approved, you will receive a confirmation via email.
