What should be done when the user has filled in the personal data verification form, but it is rejected?
· Click the account menu then select my profile
· Click Send Verification Documents
· Fill in the form according to your data
- Identity number (KTP / SIM / Passport)
- Full name, punctuation and title must match the KTP
- Gender
- Place and date of birth
- Date of birth
- Residential address (must match KTP)
- Type of work
- Citizenship
- Province
- City
- Postal code
