Full Name: (as per your ID)
Registered Email: (your current email on digitalexchange.id)
hereby request a manual email change:From (Old Email): [insert your old email]
To (New Email): [insert your new email]
Reason for Change: [explain why you're changing your email]
Attach the following documents/photos:
- The email must be sent from your currently registered email on digitalexchange.id.
