How to Reset 2FA on digitalexchange.id

Are you confused because you lost access to your Google Authenticator (2FA)? Don’t worry, it’s super easy. Just follow the guide below!
1. Using the Key Code
If you still have the key code that you received when you first enabled Google Authenticator (2FA) on your digitalexchange.id account, simply enter that key code into Google Authenticator on your new device. You’ll be able to log in easily.
2. Lost Key Code / Lost 2FA
If you no longer have the key code or have lost access to your 2FA, you can request a reset by contacting our Support team via email. Here’s how to do it:
- Make sure you send the email from the same email address registered on digitalexchange.id.
- Send your email to [email protected] with the subject line:
“2FA Reset Request for account [insert your username] on digitalexchange.id”
Example: “2FA Reset Request for account Michellia on digitalexchange.id” Please include the following verification documents:
a. A photo of your ID – must match the one used when verifying your account (e.g., National ID, Driver’s License, or Passport)
b. A selfie holding a piece of paper with the following format:
2FA Reset Request
(username/email)
(full name)
on digitalexchange.id
Reason for reset: [your reason]
Date & Signature- Our team will process your request within approximately 1x24 hours (1 business day).
- For security reasons, after your 2FA reset is completed, you will not be able to withdraw IDR, assets, or create vouchers for the next 2x24 hours.
