How to Withdraw IDR on digitalexchange.id

Withdrawing IDR via the digitalexchange.id Website

On the Withdrawal page, click Add Bank Account to register your bank account.

- Log in to the digitalexchange.id app.
- On the Dashboard, tap Wallet.
A list of assets will appear. Select Withdraw.
Then, choose IDR (Rupiah).
- If you have never withdrawn before, tap Add Bank Account to register your bank account.
Ensure the name on your digitalexchange.id account matches the name on your bank account. If it matches, enter your Bank Name and Account Number, then tap Next. (If the names do not match, please contact our support team via email at: [email protected])
- Once saved, select your bank account, then enter the amount of IDR you wish to withdraw. Tap Next.
A confirmation pop-up will appear. If the details are correct, tap OK.
On the next screen, enter your PIN Code and 2FA Code. To activate 2FA, click here.
Then tap Submit.A confirmation email will be sent. Tap OK and check your email to complete the final step. Review the details before confirming.
