With the implementation of this policy, all Degree Crypto Token (DCT) asset users are required to regenerate their wallets. This policy will take effect on February 27th, 2023, at 11:00 AM WIB. The old wallet server will be shut down after March 15th, 2023, at 11:59 PM WIB.
If there are users who mistakenly send DCT assets to the old wallet after March 15th, 2023, at 11:59 PM WIB, claiming these DCT assets will require several conditions:
- Users who mistakenly sent DCT to the old wallet are required to contact [email protected] or Live-chat.
- Users who mistakenly sent DCT to the old wallet must prepare several supporting documents that will be requested by digitalexchange.id.
- The fee for the recovery is IDR 280,000 per TXID, and the estimated recovery time is 3 months.
