digitalexchange.id is always committed to providing quality Crypto Assets for trading. We regularly review every crypto asset that is traded to ensure that it continues to meet our standards. When a crypto asset no longer meets our standards or there is a change in the industry, we conduct a more in-depth review and potentially delist it.
Based on our management decision, we decided to delist the Bitcoin Gold (BTG) crypto asset. There is also some important information for digitalexchange.id users as owners of the Bitcoin Gold (BTG) crypto asset.
For digitalexchange.id members who have Bitcoin Gold (BTG) assets, please note that:
- We are delisting BTG crypto assets on October 24, 2022.
- All trading activities of BTG assets will be closed after October 24, 2022.
- We will close asset deposits to BTG on October 24th at 23:59 WIB.
What happens to my BTG assets?
- After Bitcoin Gold (BTG) is removed from the market, members who still have BTG assets can still access the assets until the end of the year (December 2022) until the wallet is deactivated.
- If you still have pending orders they will be automatically cancelled (auto-cancelled).
- You don't need to worry about your BTG Asset balance because it will remain safely stored in our system, but all members are advised to withdraw/sell these assets before October 24, 2022.
