Submission of Degree Crypto Token (DCT) Asset Claim if the user has the wrong wallet

Regarding the update of wallet addresses for Degree Crypto Token (DCT) assets, which aims to enhance the security of the system on digitalexchange.id's wallet:

With the implementation of this policy, all Degree Crypto Token (DCT) asset users are required to regenerate their wallets. This policy will take effect on February 27th, 2023, at 11:00 AM WIB. The old wallet server will be shut down after March 15th, 2023, at 11:59 PM WIB.

If there are users who mistakenly send DCT assets to the old wallet after March 15th, 2023, at 11:59 PM WIB, claiming these DCT assets will require several conditions:

1. Users who mistakenly sent DCT to the old wallet are required to contact [email protected] or Live-chat.
2. Users who mistakenly sent DCT to the old wallet must prepare several supporting documents that will be requested by digitalexchange.id.
3. The fee for the recovery is IDR 280,000 per TXID, and the estimated recovery time is 3 months.
